libtcd-dev software package provides Tide Constituent Database (TCD) library (header file), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libtcd-dev
libtcd-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libtcd-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libtcd-dev *
You will get with libtcd-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
